Lately, John has been lucky enough to have some time off to create recipes he's always been interested in- house made candy bars, bacon caramels, english muffins & bagels, yogurt and cream cheese and other cultured dairy products, cured meats and fresh sausages. We hope to someday invite you to our cafe. In the meantime, we'll have to tempt you with pictures and stories from this blog.
